UCI Early Academic Outreach Program

EAOP 

EAOP helps students at underserved schools prepare for college and the work force, complete all UC and California State University (CSU) admissions requirements, and apply for college and financial aid. EAOP also guides families by showing them how to navigate complex college preparation, college application, and financial aid processes.

EAOP currently supports nearly 200 Orange High School students by assisting with

  • Academic Advising
  • Workshops
  • Financial Aid Support
  • Entrance Exam Support
  • College Campus Visits

Susan Lee is our student coordinator for the 2023-24 school year.  Her advising hours are:

Mondays - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Wednesdays - 9:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Need help preparing for college? Now's the time to apply to EAOP! The UCI EAOP Team prepares students for admission to all systems of higher education, especially for admission to the University of California. As a pre-college program, our mission is to prepare EAOP students to become more competitive applicants to four-year colleges and universities.

 

Our EAOP services include:

  • Academic preparation and support provided by UCI student staff through 1-on-1 college advising
  • Transcript evaluation and assistance with high school course planning
  • College and financial aid application assistance
  • College preparation workshops
  • Special events and campus field trips
